Calm the body. Focus the mind. Perform with purpose.
Welcome- I am so happy you are here! My name is Kaylee Nedegaard, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), therapist, and the owner of Rooted Healing and Recovery LLC. I understand that reaching out for support can feel uncertain, overwhelming, and difficult, and my goal is to make that first step feel safe and supported. I work with teens, adults, and athletes throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota who are navigating performance pressure, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma symptoms, life transitions, and the weight of overwhelming emotions or stress.
Therapy offers a place to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is compassionate and evidence‑based, focused on helping you build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values.
Whether you’re hoping to break old patterns, deepen self‑understanding, or develop coping skills that support long‑term healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you as you create meaningful change.
